With the 2021-22 school year well under way, implementation of Smithsonian Science for the Classroom curriculum in some schools participating in the Smithsonian Science for North and South Carolina Classrooms is beginning in earnest. For example, fifth graders at McCormick Elementary School in Marion County School District recently engaged in a lesson from the module How Can We Provide Freshwater to Those in Need?
